Thank you for shopping at OrichanStore! We want you to love your stickers. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong ItemIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Orichanstore@gmail.com] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will happily send a **free replacement** or issue a **full refund**, your choice.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Because stickers are made to order / are a low-cost, non-reusable item, we do **not accept returns or refunds for change of mind**, including:
- Ordered the wrong size or design by mistake
- No longer want the item
- Item doesn't match personal expectations (color may vary slightly by screen)
3. Custom or Personalized Orders
Custom/personalized stickers (custom text, names, or artwork) are **final sale** and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the approved proof.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
1. Email us at Orichanstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
3. We'll review and respond within **2 business days**.
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within **5-10 business days**.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors/household members
- Wait 2-3 business days (packages sometimes scan early)
- Contact us if it still hasn't arrived — we'll help investigate with the carrier
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom/personalized designs (unless defective)
- Digital sticker files/downloads
